Admittedly, the very existence of this
list is a contradiction.
For if you are seriously engaged in the
unending fight for liberty and privacy,
you know to be up against powerful forces.
And you can do without unwanted attention.
Yet, if you can live with those additional
nuissances, and unless you object (by e-mail),
deserves to be relayed and recorded the
libertarian community's appreciation
for your contribution to the preservation
and strengthening of individual liberty and privacy.
To this effect, the editor has set up
and maintains this honor roll of privacy guardians.
It contains the names and, if indicated,
contact addresses of persons
who have been favorably mentioned on JBJ's
e-snips on privacy matters,
who were nominated to the editor (e-mail:
swissbit@gkb.com) by privacy advocates -
be they lawmakers, wealth guardians or
alert citizens -
or who otherwise favorably impressed the
editor
(http://www.gic.ch/git/cv.htm).
