The Holy Texts - notably the Avesta, the Torah, the Bible and the Qur'an - point to the roots of monotheism in Eden, Mesopotamia, Misr and Palestine. This indicates both a shared responsibility for the rediscovery of the common religious roots and - until a unified single administration of this common heritage of mankind, acting under a unified permanent sovereignty, is put into place - a shared sovereignty notably over the Holy Sites in Jerusalem and elsewhere. To this end suitable religious and secular powers, e.g. those of Egypt, France, Iran, Irak, Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Russia, the Sovereign Order of Malta, the United States and the Vatican, may provide good offices and, in the event with their presidents, chief rabbis, bishops and grand imams respectively acting as trustees, may provisionally and jointly exercise sovereignty, drawing inspiration from the case of the Principality of Andorra whose suzerainty is shared by the President of France and the Bishop of Urgel (Spain).
1. As trustees
of the mayor monotheistic root sites in Palestine, notably Egypt, France,
Israel, the Kingdom of Jordan, (the future State of)
Palestine,
the Sovereign Order of Malta, Russia, the United States, and the Vatican
are to jointly exercise the sovereignty rights over these root sites of
the three One God Religions by way of what may be called the Root Sites
Council (RSC), until such time as better
insights into the common roots of monotheism(1)
will have provided for conditions to establish unified permanent sovereignty
over these sites and their adjacent communities.
2. Qumran, the ancient New Jerusalem - also called Jerusalems (plural, sic!) - where Jesus reportedly lived and may have headed the Essenes' community (2), is henceforth to be called Jesalem. As the apparently authentic root point of Christianity it is to be administred by an appropriate authority set up and controlled by the RSC, with the applicable laws specified by the RSC.
3. Jerusalem, as delineated by the RSC, is to be open and remain united, with a joint administrative authority set up and controlled by the RSC, with the applicable laws specified by the RSC.
