is to announce the birth in Basel, today at 0202 a.m. local time,

my grandson

Fundamentally, the tasks have been laid down in the landownership
title of 15 May 1992 where the aims, purposes and mutual obligations
are defined in the following terms:
"On behalf of the
Syan & Mama Seng tribes, I Moushir Hadi Ahmad, herewith mandate Anton
Keller, Swiss citizen, to represent, with power of attorney, my tribe and
myself with regard to everything concerning our ancestral lands in the
Mosul Vilayet, with a view to obtain international recognition and enforcement
of the inalienable right of Kurdish and other peoples inhabiting the Mosul
Vilayet to self-determination, as enshrined in article 1 of the United
Nations Charter and implied in other texts and "obligations of international
concern" (art.10, 16 Iraqi Declaration of 30 May 1932);
in consideration of
which I herewith, and on behalf of and fully binding my tribe, irrevocably
transfer title to Mr.Keller to a territory of my tribe, including mineral
resources rights, chosen by Mr.Keller and not exceeding ten percent of
the actual value or dimension of my tribe's holdings. British law
and courts are applicable.

The thus defined tasks shall
be pursued in response to changing circumstances either individually or
jointly, as seen fit by myself or, upon my departure, by my successor.
I herewith determine the line of succession to be as follows:
1. my
beloved third wife Azzah Moustafa, born 20 February 1972 in El Minya
(who, through her actions and inactions concurred to my taking a second
wife)
2.
the one eventually so designated from among our common children
3. my
beloved fourth wife Awa Thior, born 14 April 1976 in Dakar
4.
the one eventually so designated from among our common children
