OBJECTIVES

1. To explore and prepare practical pathways for each of the Mosul Vilayet’s constitutive religious, ethnic and cultural communities to equitably contribute to its own and to the area’s security and stability, to economic development, as well as to the individual well-being of the inhabitants, as called for in the enlightening Amsterdam Resolution of 27 April 2003 (.../assyriansawake.htm) and, immediately, to provide for census-taking, for landownership registration based on art.14 of the Iraqi Declaration of 30 May 1932 (.../a3a.htm#rights¦ .../a3a.htm#UNITY ¦ .../UNGA.htm) and for other mutually helpful steps on the way to democratic institutions in all of Iraq.
2. To provide for the full potential of the UN Charter and of other international instruments to be promptly brought into play with regard to security, development & other concerns related to the inhabitants of the Mosul Vilayet and, in the event, of the Baghdad & the Basra Vilayets, with due respect for Iraq's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
3. To explore and develop common grounds among the adherents of the One God religions, to initiate joint and individual research programs on the roots of monotheism preceding Judean, Christian and Islamic traditions (.../SLM.htm), and to provide for effective communications between their representatives also with a view to effectively contribute to the resolution of current national and regional conflicts.
